Junior Chamber International (JCI) is an international organization founded in 1918 in St. Louis, Missouri, USA. JCI mission is to contribute to the advancement of the global community by providing the opportunity for young people to develop the leadership skills, social responsibility, entrepreneurship and fellowship necessary to create positive change. A Senatorship is the highest honour that can be bestowed on a member of the Junior Chamber Organisation. It is a unique way to pay tribute to an individual for his or her dedication and outstanding service on an either a local, national or international level. It confers "lifetime membership" of JCI upon the recipient. It is a highly respected and prestigious honour.

Dr. Siniša Grgić

Dr. Siniša Grgić initiated Junior Chamber in Croatia and was the first LOM president (in Zagreb). He was president and one of the founders of the European Movement in Croatia and president of the Europe House Zagreb.

Inspired by the spirit of JCI, he initiated the Croatian Competitiveness Council, designed a One-Stop-Shop Agency for Entrepreneurs, and founded the Croatian Exporters Association. The UN Secretariat in New York (UNDPI) has accredited him a civil society representative for more than 15 years now.

He lives in Germany and he is the father of two children.
